Order processing

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes about 6 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the product. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays and events outside our control can extend delivery times.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. If you ordered several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Where we ship

We ship to many countries, but not every product can be delivered to every address. If a product cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you to cancel it and refund you in full.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply to your parcel. These charges are set by your country and are your responsibility unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched.
