1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors, shades and finishes may vary slightly from photos, and errors can occur. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. General wellness products, not medical devices

Our products are general wellness and comfort items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a medical condition, or concerns about sleep, breathing, your ears or your sinuses, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using our products. Stop using a product if you experience discomfort or irritation.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full payment details. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a product cannot be delivered to your address.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Store's design, text, logos and other content belong to Somnia or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somnia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
